Computer Numeric Control System. Our CNC allows us to fabricate detailed items with repeatability. FM approved material, Teflon, PVDF and polypro are readily available for quick turnaround.
Temperature Bath Rebuilds:
We offer compete rebuilds on all our temperature baths. We can even rebuild our competition. Each rebuild is about half the price of a new bath and includes new heater, insulation, quartz clean and 6 month warranty.

Preventative Maintenance Program:
From daily, weekly or monthly we offer a program for you. Save $$$ with the DI water saving package. We can review you DI usage and adjust your rinser for optimum performance. This will save you gallons of DI water.

Wafer Transfer System (TAS units):
Two, three and four position programmable units that can be installed into existing or new process benches. Its compact configuration allows the unit to be installed between designated baths. Stroke length and speed are easily adjusted.
Vacuum Etch System:
Fully automated batch processor designed for precise wet chemical etching of aluminum layers on semiconductor wafers. Wafers are etched under vacuum so that hydrogen bubbles, an etching reaction which causes “snow” and “bridging” are immediately removed from the wafer surface. In user-documented tests, atmospheric fields of 86.3% were surpassed and produced yields as high as 98.6%.
Spin Process System (SPS system):
Specialized chemical processing and rinse tank in one. This system transfers the product into the chemical process tank and performs the process was a continuous rotational agitation. After a adjustable time the product is transferred into the rinse tank for a rotational rinse.
PLC:
Programmable logic controller with touch screen display for system upgrades. PLC’s allows for sequencing, receipts and automation control. Modutek engineers will design a control system to meet you needs and budget. |
